This position reports to the IT Manager.

Technician Requirements:

  • Basic general IT knowledge.
  • Basic Windows knowledge (Windows 10 and 11).
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
  • Basic Ticketing System knowledge, example ServiceNow.
